I came in for a hair color and Im from the bay area so i wasnt completey comfortable with getting my hair done from someone i didnt know but had a family function in the fresno area. I was pleasenty surprised at how professional and helpful charla was. I may have to start making a 3hr trip just to see her !!!! Thanks
