They we very patient and welcoming. I am used to a lot of people hanging out while I record my songs it wasn't like that at this studio. I liked that they allowed me to take my time and they gave me several payment option and I didn't pay until they made sure I was satisfied with my work.I did have to give up a deposit but they told me it was no rush I could come back or take my time and record when I was ready. The only thing I didn't like was no credit card machine or atm debit in the facilty. Other than that I plan on returning but with cash
