I couldn’t have had a nicer experience for my first experience at being hypnotized. I wanted to find motivation to “get off the couch” and choose activity when faced with the opportunity, so I was introduced to Ann Marie. She was warm and listened to my goals and proceeded to put me into a very relaxed state, so much that I didn’t want it to end. I highly recommend giving hypnosis and Ann Marie a try, as I have been doing well with “avoiding the couch”.
