Professional house and mobile leveling. Deck/ Patio levelings. We use a water level to check the balance of your floors and decks/patio to get an accurate measure of how much of a decrease your floor has sunken over time. After figuring out the difference between the highest point and the lowest point; the floor, and or deck/patio will then be raised or lowered according to the said measurements. This, in turn, allows any thresholds that have doors sticking to easily open and close. It also levels out the floor thus relieving any added stress to the ceiling, roof and or walls. Concrete and wood blocks are set underneath the home and or deck/patio and wedged in to hold the floor at the required height.
