C&J owner John and crew poured a cement patio in my yard July 2013. It cracked in numerous areas throughout the patio by late Dec 2013. A section actually heaved and pulled a pole/electric line (which was cemented into part of the patio) from my garage causing electricity loss to the garage. I was without electricity (same circuit) in 2 bedrooms for 5 months and am still without electricity to my garage as the electrician will have to run a new line and break up the cement to do so (big money). By July 2014 the cracks are chipping and have grown. Several attempts by me to contact owner John and many messages left with no response. Wife called from her work phone and he picked up advising that concrete is never guaranteed and it is not his responsibility to come out and assess the damages. We didn't even get 6 months out of concrete and this was even before all of the severe cold weather. I'm not familiar, personally, with concrete, but no expansion joints have come up in conversation with people familiar with concrete. No matter what, you would think that concrete would last longer than 6 months and you would also think it would be good business practice to at least come out and view the problem,damage, etc. I have photos taken from Dec 2013 and approx Jun 2014 showing the damage that hopefully I can publish to really show this companies work. I am in the hole on broken concrete and expenses in fixing electricity. I have still not personally heard back from John the own
