My experience with the housing industry began in 1996 with the building of Custom Homes. From the many years of being involved with the design/build of custom homes, it has enabled me to have the knowledge beginning with the purchasing of land. My experience in Land and Custom Home purchases/sales has proven to be beneficial when working with buyers and sellers. This is especially valuable in the resale market in which I started doing in 2004 when I became a Licensed Colorado Broker.
