Marketecture has succeeded in creating an actual one stop shop for small businesses! It takes a business with no online presence and give them a website and all the tools to manage and operate that business. They are completely dedicated toward helping the customer become successful, but they also encourage their customers to learn how to be self sufficient. Their software works well since all the different tools are integrated and built to work with each other. One of the best parts about the company is that they have a really extensive team of support specialists, it's so nice to be able to call up with a question and be able to talk to a human being just like me.

They don't just provide a piece of software and set you on your way, but they try to guide you through all the foreign parts of online business. They'll help you use their platform to build your website, get it optimized, use social media, work with suppliers, and communicate with customers. They understand that it isn't easy to get used to new software, and that you probably don't know how to code, so they try to make it as painless as possible.
