Bright Prospects, LLC provides educational services to visually impaired students, their families and the educational institutions which serve them. Timothy Nugent, B.S., M.A.E. provides Braille instruction, Orientation and Mobility services (COMS pending as of April 2013), and special education support vis-a-vis vision impairment education. Mr. Nugent is certified as a special educator in the state of Alabama and is a member of AER.
