I called A&B Small Engine Repair on March 14, 2022 at about 1:30 PM to look at my small engine powered sidewalk edge trimmer. I have no small engine knowledge. The starter rope was extremely hard to pull. I did not want to chance breaking it. This person arrived at my home in what appeared to me an irritated state. I offered him to use his mask at his descretion. Immediately he started ranting about the Washington government elctions were stolen. I advised him I don't wish to discuss politics. He complained to me in a loud voice on how I should have not removed the engine from the unit. He looked at it and shouted there is nothing wrong with it. He got so irrtiated and agitated , he stormed off shouting at me and left. Hire this person at your own peril. You don't treat customers in this manner.

Had problems with my lawn mower called Walter he came to the house and fixed the problem at a reasonable rate. Would highly recommend

Now my turn to write a review about this company. My husband called him about 1:30 on Saturday the 12, 2015. He said call me back in 20 minutes. Done. Then he said "I will be there in about an hour". At 4:00pm I called, left a message saying, It would be really nice if you are going to be late to give a call or a text. He called me back to explain he had a flat tire. When I said it would be really nice if you would give your waiting customer a head up that you are going to be late. After explaining he had had a flat tire I replied, sorry but you could still have called or texted. We could have changed the day. His response was "Well have a nice day" and hung up. This was like saying "f...you" as far as I am concerned. If he is doing such a a great business and does not need anymore customers congratulations. I understand running into problems and getting stressed but you still need to inform your customers of any problems you may be having that are going to cause a change in your plans. We basically lost a whole day to this poor business man. If you need small engine repairs go to someone who cares about their customers.
