I spoke with the best sales person ever named Todd. He answered all the questions I had about the machine I ordered.After I received my machine I called Todd back and he answered more questions for me. I could hear a smile in his voice and he also had a lot of knowledge in the products. Thanks again Todd!!!!

I called to inquire about a 10 needle embroidery machine. Within a few short minutes, Todd had not only answered all my questions, but had completed the order for a new machine. My machine was shipped to my front door, arrived safely in one piece, and came with a nice "goody" bag! I called to enquire about a few sewing machines I have been researching and spoke to a man named Todd. He advised me about them and I ultimately took his advice. My machine arrived today and I haven't tried it out yet, but I can say that the shipping service was super fast and everything has arrived with no damage that I can see. Todd has been very helpful and I am considering buying a new serger machine.
