I spoke with the best sales person ever named Todd. He answered all the questions I had about the machine I ordered.After I received my machine I called Todd back and he answered more questions for me. I could hear a smile in his voice and he also had a lot of knowledge in the products. Thanks again Todd!!!!

I spoke with Joyce this afternoon she was very helpful in the order process for my machine and she mentioned you could ship the pressure foot through United States Postal Service for $5. I have purchased three machines from Ace Sew Vac...a serger, a Designer 1 and a Janome for my PC Quilter...I have had excellent service, the price has been outstanding, and I would certainly buy from them again! Todd..thanks for all your help with my most recent request.

I called Ace to ask questions about the Husqvarna Viking Sapphire 835. Todd answered the phone. He was polite & friendly, and answered all my questions. I am leery of buying sight unseen from the Internet. Todd had given me a good price, but I decided to call some other stores in my state. One store would not quote me a price over the phone even though the store was over an hour away from my home. The saleswoman asked if I had a price from someone else and since she asked I told her. She hit the roof & was very rude. The next day I ordered the Sapphire from Ace. It came in a few days. So far, I've pieced a lap quilt & now I'm working an appliqué Christmas wall hanging. I love the 10" space. Quickly got use to the needle up/down & the feet being raised/lowered with the foot pedal. There is definitely a learning curve with the sewing advisor, but the manual is easy to follow. The lights are nice, but do get hot. There was a slight flaw/chip on the underside of the throat. I will buy from Ace again.Hopefully will order the extension table that goes with the Sapphire soon.
