Guiding Light Consulting Group is a leader in acquisition and retention strategies. We work with small to medium size businesses and non-profits. "Success is not a destination, it's a journey", Zig Ziglar. Our goal is to help navigate your business in the right direction by focusing on two areas of growth; acquisition of new customers or members and retention. Our focus is not only with owners and management, but feedback from employees is essential to building a well-rounded strategy. We identify specific opportunities to improve your process of acquiring new business and retaining your current customers/members. We tailor each solution to your specific needs, budget, and industry that deliver tangible and intangible results. The initial consultation is free to ensure we provide the best solutions.
