I enjoyed Sharon Noll's relaxing yoga class. Because I'm still recovering from a a couple of surgeries this past year, I was lacking confidence to achieve certain postures. But Sharon put me at ease and I did most everything. I never felt pressured to perform or to achieve certain postures. For the most part, however, I was able to do everything she asked of us. Great class.

This is the best place I have ever been in Yakima for yoga practice. I went from not being sure what to expect before I set foot inside, to now falling more and more in love with each class. Each teacher has their own way of teaching and it's great because it makes this place available for anyone to come and join the fun! Everyone from teachers to students come in with a great attitude and take the practice seriously but have fun with it too. It has changed me and I couldn't be more happy with my internet search for a hot yoga place in town. I'm happy to be here and be a part of the family, I'll be around for a very long time! <3 Cassidie Shafer
