During many of our "FREE INSPECTION" we have found out that many Property owners did not carry Flood Insurance, but Most of them DID carry Homeowners Insurance, (which covers wind related damages, such as wind Driven Rain). Unfortunately, property owners do not realize that there is a big difference between damages caused by Flooding -and what was actually caused by Wind Driven Rain and only a licensed Public Adjuster can determine the difference between the two.
