Regal Limousine was started in 1987 by longtime Kenosha resident Bob Prudhom, with just a couple of cars taking runs to and from O'Hare Airport. In 2000 Bob's nephew Mike Nardi came down from the U.P. and became his partner, eventually buying the business from him. In 2005, Mike's son Luke came to work for them, first as a driver and mechanic, then as a dispatcher, then a manager.
