As an Independent Beachbody coach, I provide Top Nationally recognized fitness and weight loss programs, supplements and support, To achieve your Goal As an Independent Beachbody coach, I provide Top Nationally recognized fitness and weight loss programs, supplements and support, and can work with you virtually, regardless of where you live or what your schedule may be.My goal is to help you achieve your goals!   Ruthie Gage turned her passion for an active lifestyle into a profession in1999 with the pursuit as a group dance-fitness Instructor. A 10+ year journey of education in areas of strength, core & pilates based training lead to teaching body sculpting classes & personal training.  Since then I have received my AFAA group fitness certification & received my ZUMBA license, ZUMBA TONING as well. I am a certified Personal Trainer with N.A.S.M. with a certification as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (F.N.S). I've run Gage Fitness.
