Steer clear of these crooks! I got robbed! Kate hadn't told me this while I was buying my car of course, and she and I had become friends and started to hang out. I later moved away, but when I came back and reconnected with her, she then told me that Jay was a crook and they they got rid of him and that he had over charged me by thousands of dollars for my car and had also even robbed me of $650 for "GAP" insurance! I'd paid $10,000 cash in full for my car and therefore had no need for that coverage! I didn't know any better. I was just trying to be a responsible driver. She then went on to tell me that there'd been so much scandalous behavior going on there in recent years that they had to change the name from Carzone to Carfinity - but much of the same leaders still remain! Same people, just a different name on the sign so don't be fooled! It's the people! They knew it was my first auto purchase and that I had no dad to advise me and the took stone cold advantage of me! Kate knew it the whole time and didn't tell me a thing - then! I've asked her about it lately and she had nothing to say. I have nothing to do with her or them anymore. The whole team was in on it! This is what they do to their customers! If I had found this out sooner I would have reported them and sued them! All I can do now is warn you all and tell everybody else I meet! Shameful, despicable people. Run!
