Patrick scheller is the biggest slum lord I have ever met. We rented an apartment from Patrick October of 2015, my consigner and i never received our lease even after asking more than 5 times. Our issues did not stop there, a month after moving in we had seen several mice. After moving the SINK, We had discovered a mice infestation, there were hundreds of little mice pellets( still fresh ) Seeing the problem we contacted pat, he replied with "did you put any posion down?. No we did not as we have a child which at the time was 9 months old. Any parent knows not to put POSION by a child. We continued to tell him it would not be safe around our daughter. Patrick told us he would call and exterminator to come have a look. The "exterminator" never came. Also he told us he would put a lock downstairs because our door did not have a deadbolt. It took him approximately 3 months to put that lock on the door downstairs. My boyfriend works nights and I was alone with our daughter at night. It wouldn't have been such a big deal but Patrick didn't fix a window that was busted out, so anyone could of entered the apartment. He also left a whole in the ceiling, and a hole in the wall. And also a damaged bedroom door. Pat never returned our calls. The only thing he ever came around for was the rent. Which we had turned in on time every month. Towards the end of our time in that apartment the building was infested with birds which let carpet beetle into our apartment causing more stress for us
