I needed a combination on a safe changed because my step dad died and my distraught mom wanted to secure the contents . I didnt have the change key so I hired this company. The owner and a trainee came out (in two separate vans) everything was fine till it came to set the new combo. I wanted to set it myself and he started to let me dial the new numbers in....but then began berating me telling me how trustworthy hes was, that he could leave and let me finish the job myself etc. I told him it was nothing personal but it didnt make sence to give anyone the combo. It's to protect him from suspicion if anything ever got stolen honestly... He pulled the key out mid lock change he said Fu*# you,fu*# your mother over and over. His trainer kept telling him to knock it off. He started yelling in arabic...when I asked if he was the owner he said yes, F you yourself mother and I'm gonna come back later to take care of your A*#. He said it three more times. I called 911 to report an assault. He left me with a safe that couldn't even be locked at that point. The tumblers were scrambled. This guy is dangerous and all because I would not give him the new combo to the safe. Wow it makes no sence. I'm completely shocked! BEWARE!!! This man is dangerous and not to be trusted obviously
