I was a fan of this company but now no-one returns my calls or e-mails regarding a warranty issue. Now I am an unsatisfied customer without a heater since January in Wyoming. HMMMMM guess I will check to see if they have a facebook account. Then I am calling my credit card company to file a claim. Then I think I'll call my brother the attorney. I wonder If I will get a call back now?
