Very professional, and would recommend. Had a very good experience with United Van Lines, from the outset, their customer service was very responsive to all my needs. Even gave me packing advise which saved me money. They arrived 15mins, greeted wife and I, aid down floor runners, inspected the contents then began to load, using an overwhelming number of blankets to ensure no scratched or breakages. Our tv was bubble wrapped, shrink wrap and blanketed. We also had the dissasemble and reasemble service, for our queen bed had 2 bunk beds. this was very well done. The truck arrived on time, again runners put down before offloading. Very pleasant guys. good, honest company.
