I visited Hair Tamers multiple times and always had nothing but good things to say. However my most recent visit (11/26/19) was not as pleasant. I found the owner Inez (i believe is her name) very unprofessional and disrespectful not only to the clients in the shop. But also to the braider( miriam) who was styling my hair. Inez came in very rudely asking about towels. But became upset bc miriam had forgotten them. Sidenote, I personally saw stacks of towels folded in the cabinet. But she continued on to rant and rave. Leaving her own client unattended. Even after the stylist agreed to pick up the towels when she completed my hair. The stylist( miriam) ask Inez to please not do this in front of me and she began using strong language. Stating it was her shit and she wont be checked by a bitch & her calling Miriam out of her name several times in front of myself and the other client waiting.The whole ordeal was unprofessional and could have waited until the shop was not filled with clients. Miriam, handled the manner with great respect. Considering how she was being treated. She even apologized for Inez and her behavior. Resulting in Inez getting upset with that as well. I would recommend Miriam to anyone. I loved her restraint and of course her work.But I will never step foot in Hair Tamers again if this is how Inez run her business.
