Health and Fitness, Eating correctly to lose and control weight, purchasing vitamins, minerals, fitness equipment, and recreational equipment We want to share our experience with finally gaining control over weight problems. Our web-site guides visitors to the correct way of eating correctly, to not only lose weight, but to maintain a healthy weight level. Our program costs nothing, because we do not take potions, pills, prescriptions or prepared foods, just simply eating the way our Grandmothers used to teach years ago. We exercised like crazy for years and never controlled our weight until until we, "mastered the zone", and along with adequate exercise are living a healthy life style. The government food pyramid was turned upside down after "mastering the zone" was published and the pounds of fat started to melt away. Yes you will learn which good fats actually help to burn the bad ugly fat. www.foodsforfitness.net
