Property research includes, abstracts, document retrieval, easement research, water rights research and property taxes.
For the past 30 plus years, I have worked, owned and/or managed a title company and have been a licensed title examiner and an escrow officer, so I am very familiar with the title problems that may face property owners in Taos County.
