I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Rick is disrespectful and neglects his customers. He installed an aireator to our septic system which has been giving us trouble. He initially quoted us $150, but billed us over $400. We notified Rick of the problem immediately and he claims he's checked it and there's nothing wrong with it. I'm positive when the replacement warranty runs out it will suddenly need to be replaced again. I have a problem with any so called man who yells at a lady and hangs-up on her. He stated he's going to refund our money, but I won't hold my breath. Appears we'll have to sue him in small claims court to recoup our lost wages for time we took off from work for appointments he didn't keep as well.

I am Rick Davis, owner of United Septic. I have been in business for 12 years here in the DFW area. Tina had been a valued customer for several years and I am sorry this customer felt the need to make a private business relationship into a public, inaccurate account of a very minor and workable situation. I have sent her a response to her complaint explaining the nature of her confusion. I hope after she understands she has offered false information and simply rescinds the complaint. In my response to her I demonstrated my position and can back every statement with company kept documentation. I hope she is prepared to do the same. I will pursue anyone making false accusations on a public forum, possibly negatively affecting my business. I will state I have an impeccable record as a businessman for the last 12 years. I have over 650 happy and satisfied customers. I served on the board of the Texas Onsite Wastewater Association for three years and assisted with writing laws and implementing codes for the state of Texas.
