I specialize in home canning of flavors of the past that take you back to your childhood. I am working my way back to my childhood to the point where my parents raised everything that we ate. And we canned every summer so that we would have veggies and jelly to eat all winter long. I am very happy doing this. I am going to be working on new recipes this year to include pickles and salsas. And next season I am going to have Polk Salad Canned .
