Just to let you know, "Lowell Chamber of Commerce and the Lowell Police Department" You have a "HACKER" in the City of Lowell Mr. Michael G. Kern, 28 Bridge Street Apt #11 Lowell MA (978-973-6048), has been hacking into my e-mails, for years! His company, Inform Local, is an online Reputation Managment Service. In short, he hacks your e-mails, invades your privacy, and then he deletes your online reviews, stealing your "Civil Rights." I guess he doesn't think anyone deserves their freedom of speech! Mr. Kern is a BULLY, plain and simple! He gets paid very well for stealing people's, "Civil Rights" and invading your privacy! Michael Kern has NO PROBLEM sending me e-mails from my "DECEASED BROTHER." He has NO PROBLEM calling me, "Mini Man," trying to convice me to, "KILL Myself," or as he puts it "PULL A ROBIN WILLIAMS." Micheal Kern has NO PROBLEM using Caller I.D., to spoof my home phone or calling on the phone, posing as my DECEASED BROTHER! ( I recognized his voice). He also has NO PROBLEM with putting a Face Book Posting in my DECEASED MOTHERS NAME AND MY DECEASED BROTHERS, name! (Police Report on File). This is NOT ILLEGAL, SOMEHOW! JUST WITHOUT MORAL COMPASS! I sent Mr. Kern a Cease and Desist order to which he has NOT COMPLIED, because Mr. Kern, thinks he is above the law! Mr. Kern did this, ALL FOR A LOUSY NICKEL! Just so you know, Michael G. Kern.
