Yoga Stop is a Wellness center that provides yoga classes , renewal retreats,and body treatments by appointment only. We accept Spa Week Gift Cards. The owner, "Jacklynn Bourgeix," started yoga stop after healing herself from acute back pain. She avoided back surgery with Scoliosis of 65 degrees in her Lower Lumbar by her style of In-Flight yoga that emphasizes breathing techniques, yoga props, and hanging slings from a yoga wall for spinal traction. Yoga Stop is a private oasis for all ages and body types. We treat you as an individual and offer a variety of services to compliment your goals! We offer classes for the beginner that lacks flexibility, and strength, classes for individuals that are struggling with pain, and we have different levels to accomodate everyone as they progress. There is no power yoga here! We work on the mind, body, and spirit. The body will heal itself if given the proper tools to do so.- Namaste
