DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES! We called out this company thinking that it was PLUMB PRO , INC of Mobile, Alabama, which we have used many times in the past - The company that arrived was ADVANCE SERVICE PLUS PLUMBING the service technician was Matt Moody? We had lost the contact information For PLUMB PRO and just assumed that this PRO PLUMBER was the same company - it wasn't. We did some internet research and found PLUMB PRO, INC and told the owner what had happened to us. In the end we got the correct company out to our house PLUMB PRO, INC and Wes to fix our problem so it all worked out in the end. I just wanted to ALERT other consumers to this potential mix up!
