The DVD I got back was terrible. They obviously had a tracking problem when playing the tape and recorded it without fixing the problem. I sent the tape with the VHS adapter, put my name and address on the tape and the adapter. I got the tape back, but not the adapter. I sent several emails, no response. Tried to call several time, but I only get a recording. I would NOT recommend thus business.
