This is the worst service company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. When they installed the unit they were two hours late to show up and an hour after they left there was a major leak coming from the unit. Called the company and they were very apologetic so instead of having the technicians turn around and come back I agreed to have them come back first thing in the morning. By 11 am I had not heard anything and got the run around from the customer service rep then the customer service manager. They finally showed up at 5pm and the technicians were told not to come to my house but go and do another install. One month later, tonight on thursday 4-12, I get home and my air is blowing hot air and my thermostat had gone up 10 degrees. I called the customer service number and first she said it was the technicians personal day on friday, they didnt work on saturday, sunday was booked so monday night was the earliest they could make it. I couldn't believe that I am getting the same service runaround as before. The customer service rep got very loud and unbelievably nasty over the phone and told me that I could take monday or she would put me on hold. I voiced my displeasure about a company as large as air care solutions cannot send out a service technician within 4 days to look at a brand new unit and she put me on hold. Customer service like this is unacceptable to me and so far I have been unable to reach a person in authority about my complaint.
