I contracted Geoff Ward of Home Solutions & Renovations for work on several projects in my home. The reason I am contacting you direct is this will probably end up in court. When we hired Mr. Ward, the Thumbtack web site showed that he was insured and was a licensed contractor with validate by each of them. Later, the insured comment was removed and I have tried to verify his contractor’s license but am unable to find that he is licensed by anyone. He also told me his company was an LLC. The Oklahoma Secretary of State has no companies listed with Geoff Ward as owner, agent, or officer, and no LLC or company with the name Home Solutions & Renovations associated with Geoff Ward. I removed him from the job on September 28, 2015. The results of the work in my home were so bad that he should not be in this business. If you list contractors that do this poor quality of work, then I definitely will not use your web site in the future. Your reputation, reliability, and future success depend on the quality of the contractors on your web site. I have numerous pictures and a National Wood Floor Association’s certified inspector’s report. These are available if you want a copy of them.
