Purchased a steamer and it DOES NOT WORK or even try to heat up. Tried going through proper way to go about this. The salesman for this company (Terry) knows about this issue but will not make it right or even address it with me. His salesman who worked for him at the time sold me a steamer in 2020. Come to find out the machine was actually sold in 2014 originally by this company after one of their employees ran the serial number in their system to confirm this. The salesman that sold it to me in 2020 is no longer working there but Terry the owner was there in 2020 and is still there. Just because his salesman quit doesn't relieve them of their duties of 1. selling me something that doesn't even work. 2 marketing and selling a USED item as NEW. I will also be taking this up with EBAY for there horrific practices and how this was handled I have tried to be easy going about this for over a YEAR but a lot of money down the drain! Would steer away from this company!!!!
