We specialize in unique and delicious edible favors, perfect for Weddings, Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, etc. Le Miel is a home based licensed bakery business founded in 2011 in Fort Myers, FL. Our specialty is the ALFAJOR (pronounced 'all-fah-hor'), a South American delicate melt in your mouth treat, composed by two shortbread like cookies, traditionally filled with Dulce de Leche. Our Alfajores come in a variety of flavors, sizes and presentations, making the perfect gourmet treat, ideal for a gift, to celebrate a special occasion or to enjoy at any time of the day. As Artisans, and to ensure a great tasting final product, all of our sweets are made by hand, in small batches and using premium ingredients. (Made to order and with no preservatives)
