Bill came over several times and kept in contact from start to finish. He brought his machine over the day before the date specified for work, to inspect the oak to be taken down. He made sure it could be done safely and for the price quoted. The very next day NEC was here to cover their wires and work began. They stopped briefly for lunch and was done shortly after 4pm. Very professional, everything taken care of, as it should be! I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing tree service and would do business with again.
