I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered labels in November for thank you's from my October wedding and Christmas card labels. I was finally able to reach Bachroft TODAY after emailing countless times and placing who knows how many phone calls (majority of the time not being able to get through). I was given the excuse that there was a major power outage back in October which put them behind and they were never able to recover from. When asked why this was never communicated I was not given an answer, only told that Bachroft is in the procress of calling customers to see what they want to do about their labels that were never received. Again I expressed frustration that I ordered in November and it's January and I still haven't gotten a call. The salesperson did not seem to care and was very defensive during our conversation. I am so disappointed b/c I ordered labels from here this summer for my wedding and not only did they come in time but they looked great. Guess you can only get lucky once. I was so excited to have cute labels for my wedding thank you's and Christmas cards and to send something different, instead I had to waste time addressing all cards myself which was not unique at all. Never, ever ordering from them again!
