I have been going here for years NOT AGAIN!! I stop in every Tue or Thur when my kids have baseball and softball games. I went through the drive up waited 13 minutes and then came home to have my kids eat as we drove to kalamazoo to their games. The subs were made wrong and missing lettuce not to mention they toasted them and neither were to be toasted. My kids wouldnt eat them so I told them just to eat the meat and I would get them something else after the games. I called to let them know they were made wrong and they told me I needed to bring them in. I said I threw them away and they told me to get them out of the trash and bring them back in order to have them replaced. Who says that? I then said I wouldnt dig through the trash and drive 15 miles out of my way to return subs that they messed up. They told me that they wouldnt replace them unless they had the old subs. I have never been more upset over the way I was treated in my life. I will never go back I guess a customer who buys subs once or twice a week from them isnt valued and they would rather loose a customer rather then make a wrong situation right. I am not stopping here I am going to contact the newspaper and write a review. This is not the way you treat anyone let alone a regular customer of many years.
