This is not the place to come for a spa type massage. I specialize in restoring functionality to people, by relieving pain, and restoring range of motion. I incorporate various modalities in my treatment including myofascial release, reflexology, polarity balancing and deep tissue massage. Relaxation occurs along the way, but the primary goal is to feel better and move better overall, not just during the massage.
