What a terrible experience! They were supposed to merely install a new alternator and change the serpentine belt on my car. It took them almost 3 weeks to repair my car, and when I saw it I realized that they had driven the car for almost 500 miles. Then my car died, and it was because the alternator was never changed. Now I'm out $450 and still have to have my car repaired. I could cry!

Joe Cipolla told me the cost would be $600 for both. When I pulled out my credit card he said, "I'd have to charge substantially more if you use a credit card, so cash would be best". I gave him the money. I then had difficulty getting my car back from them - they had the car for over a week, and refused to give it back, giving me numerous excuses. When I did get the car back, it still wasn't running right. It is Loretta and Isiah you know the two customers who you got over for almost $3000 claiming to put in a new Front and rear gaskets, radiator, wires, alarm, map sensor. I can keep on going but I don't even see the need for it. On top of not fixing my husbands Cadillac and not putting any parts you claimed to put in you also would only take cash from us claiming you dont take credit cards as the previous customer stated. You also took my husbands car on 2/14/2012 to your new spot in Chicago as you say your new garage and claimed to fix his car again but of course did not.
