I heard ever excuse under the sun as to why the work was not getting done. Mr. Kane’s business practices were nonexistent. His bid was handed to me on scrap paper. I caught him padding the bills. I called the concrete company & plumbing company to compare prices. Mr. Kane did not pay the Plumbing company. Mr. Kane did not supervise the workers. My husband & I caught some major neglect issues & demanded that it be redone properly. In addition, Mr. Kane did not finish the project he said he would complete. We had to hire someone else to complete the job. The work he did do was HORRIBLE. Again, we had to hire someone to fix the work. Do not hire this company.

I heard every excuse from the weather to health issues as to why the work was not getting done. I caught Mr. Kane padding the bills. I made a few phone calls and was able to cross check the actual real amounts for a product to what Mr. Kane billed us. In one case, he tripled the amount. In addition, Mr. Kane did not pay the local plumber or the Engineer firm. His billing and business practices were nonexistent. Everything he handed us was hand written on scrap paper. There was no crew super vision. My husband caught same major issues caused by neglect and insisted that the problem be fixed. Had Mr. Kane been on site we would have had that problem. Mr. Kane filed for bankruptcy in 07. He did not finish the project he said he would do. The little work he did complete was horrible. Hire him knowing what you are getting.
