John's Backflow Tech and Service did backflow testing for our homeowner's association back in 2016. I called him today with some questions about backflow devices and the possibility of some work he might do for our HOA in the near future. The minute I introduced myself, the call cut off. I thought it might have been an accidental disconnection, so I called again, and he said quite forcefully, Don't call me again. I called him back, to try and explain that I was a previous customer, and he hung up on me again. I have never encountered a more crude and impolite business owner ever! Any reasonable and knowledgeable professional would have politely told me that he dealt only with contractors, or he could not answer my questions, or some other reasonable explanation for why I was barking up the wrong tree. Instead he was so unpleasant, I cannot imagine why we would have worked with him in the past, or why anyone else would want to work with him. He is not a nice person.
