They installed a security system in my store which had a faulty camera (discovered the first day). Despite multiple calls, texts, emails and speaking with Alex Castro they never sent anyone back to fix it. Alex Castro is impossible to reach after you've paid him for the job. The statement says "one year warranty on labor" but mine failed after one day and I can't get it fixed. I will now have to hire another company at my expense.
