She was more than happy to accommodate ideas, and was very creative in helping to negotiate the best way to accomplish combining the best elements of both styles. Susan does not come into the project with immutable ideas, rather she was happy to work with me to arrive at a mutually agreed upon result. This is not to say she didn’t have firm ideas!
