Deborah has been honored twice with an Award of Excellence in Photography in the Communication Arts Photography Annual, in 1997 and 2006. She is the recipient of five grants, the most recent being in 2003 from the Idaho Commission on the Arts. In 2013, Hardee published Potato State-an investigation into the
