The consulting company was founded by Carolyn M. Anderson, Ph.D., Emeritus status from University of Akron. Special areas of expertise are leadership, small groups, and public speaking. In press are a text and workbook on leadership for adolescents. Aside from being a published writer, she has worked for major corporations with their workplace communication needs interpersonally and in small groups. She public speaks on a variety of communication topics.
