I'm sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with Diehl in Bethlehem. I made an appointment to service my Miehle dryer, two business days before the appointment I receive a message letting me know they made a mistake and I will need to reschedule. I called them back and they managed to figure out a way to keep my appointment, as I was scheduled to leave the country the next day. Five minutes later, Linda calls back and tells me that they won't be able to service my dryer because they don't stock Miehle parts (which they knew when I made the appointment) and even though I encouraged them to still come and diagnose the issue, so that the part can be ordered while I'm traveling, Linda basically told me that they wouldn't be able to do that. I told them they had horrible customer service. Unbelievable! Basically, Diehl just didn't want to come because Linda messed up their schedule.
