I cut my teeth in New York and I wanted more, I discovered the Nevada market while on vacation and I was intrigued and I noticed that Real Estate was being practiced on a level that I wanted to be a part of. In the State of Nevada, Realtors must study and pass virgious real estate law, with knowledge of the revised statues and the adminstrative codes which govern real estate. So I am full trained in contract law as many agents in the state of New York are not. That is the advantage you will have when you hire me as your Realtor to buy, sell, and lease property.
