I have been going to Ability Chiropractic for over 2 years now, and they are awesome. I was struggling with neck and shoulder pain from years of playing a lot of recreational sports. I also had this strange pain in my forearms that made it hard to lift weights at the gym like I'd normally do. After my first adjustment from Dr. Brian, I noticed as I walked out to my car that my forearms didn't hurt anymore. I never would have guessed that a spine adjustment could help with something like that. I've been going regularly ever since and feel better than I have my entire life.
