I called last minute and Neal personally picked me up at the airport. His vehicle had high speed internet, paper and pens in the back seat and a plug for my cell to charge. He got me to my hotel quickly and later took me and my client to dinner and back. He was very reliable and professional, I would use the service the next time I am in Phoenix.
