Keeping a family history readable, by the coming generations for whom they were carved.

Upon learning that my family history dated back to Plymouth Bay Colonial times, I started some research. When I visited some of the very old cemeteries I found headstones of Revolutionary War soldiers with those little flags stuck in the ground but the stones were often covered with so mush moss and lichens they essentially became markers of unknown people. I spent a lot of time reading, viewing and reading some more to learn how to stop the decay of the stones. Now that I know my family ...

I spent a lot of time reading, viewing and reading some more to learn how to stop the decay of the stones. Now that I know my family is all over New England and the U.S. Now I want to visit and document as many as possible. Along the way I'll clean then as I go. I love doing this and bam, It dawned on me. Everyone has a family history! I can do this for others as well. So here I am; Legible Legacies
